About Me
I’ve worked in the fitness industry for over 11 years, but things really clicked for me when I discovered Olympic lifting and CrossFit eight years ago. Since then, it’s become a huge passion of mine. Growing up, I was always involved in sport and played football at a high level for many years, which gave me the drive, discipline, and competitive edge I bring into coaching today.
What I Do
I love helping people get stronger, move better, and feel more confident—whether they're brand new to CrossFit or looking to take their performance to the next level. My focus is on solid technique, smart programming, and creating an encouraging environment where everyone can push their limits safely.

About Me
I’ve always been passionate about sport and fitness. I grew up mainly playing football, but I also loved getting involved in athletics, rugby and pretty much any sport I could try. At one point, I even joined a gymnastics club because I was determined to learn how to flip and somersault!
Before discovering CrossFit, I spent a lot of time in the gym doing traditional bodybuilding-style training because I loved lifting weights. I’d wanted to try CrossFit for years, but for one reason or another, I kept putting it off. Eventually, I joined my first CrossFit class and I’ve been hooked ever since.
I’m especially drawn to the competitive side of CrossFit. Taking part in local CrossFit competitions gives me something to work towards and keeps me motivated to train harder and improve my overall fitness.

Favourites
● CrossFit Workout: Chelsea or the Baseline Test, I love the mix of movements in the Baseline and how it’s such a solid test of fitness. Chelsea is simple but brilliant; it challenges strength, endurance and mental toughness.
● Movement: Handstand walks, there’s just something fun about being upside down and walking on your hands.
● Cheat Food: Chocolate (always!)
● Training Music: Rap, Hip Hop and Grime, nothing gets me fired up like a heavy beat.
My Approach to Training
I love pushing myself, trying new things and helping others enjoy the process of getting fitter, stronger and more confident. CrossFit has completely changed the way I train and I love being part of a community that supports and challenges each other every day.

About Me
I’ve always been sporty, active and passionate about health and fitness. Throughout school and university, I was constantly involved in sport, which eventually led me to teaching PE full-time. Football has always been my main sport, but I also spent 15 years practising Karate, earning my 3rd Dan Black Belt and took part in plenty of other sports growing up.
I’ve always been a regular gym goer and often threw WOD-style workouts into my training, but something still felt like it was missing, I wasn’t progressing the way I wanted to. I’d been interested in CrossFit for years but kept putting it off for various reasons. Eventually, my partner and I joined CrossFit Tamworth and I instantly fell back in love with training.
Since then, I’ve become a full-on CrossFit addict. I love the community, the energy in classes and the way everyone pushes each other to improve. Seeing the progress people make - myself included - keeps me motivated every single day. CrossFit gives me the competitive edge I thrive on and I enjoy every bit of the challenge.

● First CrossFit Workout: Grettel – completed just a few months after starting
● Cheat Food: Chocolate (of course!) and a good curry

My Approach to Training
I’m passionate about helping people challenge themselves, improve their movement and discover what they’re capable of. CrossFit creates an environment where everyone can progress, and being part of that journey is something I truly love.

About Me
I came to CrossFit with no real sporting background apart from the usual PE lessons at school. What drew me in straight away was the atmosphere, the community, and the variety in the workouts – I quickly became hooked.
Since starting CrossFit in 2018, my fitness journey has completely transformed. I’ve lost over 3 stone, built strength and confidence, and even had the opportunity to compete in a few competitions along the way. Experiencing that progress first-hand is what makes CrossFit so rewarding.
After spending 10 years working in education and supporting people in their learning, moving into coaching felt like a natural step. Combining my passion for helping others with my own CrossFit journey has been incredibly rewarding, and I love supporting members as they grow in confidence, strength and skill.

About Me
I started CrossFit in 2021, but fitness has always been a big part of my life. Growing up, I competed in gymnastics, athletics, and badminton, and I’ve always found purpose in movement and staying active.
Outside of coaching, I’m a chartered accountant and a mum — roles that have taught me the importance of balance, resilience, and showing up consistently.
What I Do
I coach our CrossFit classes, as well as leading our Tots and Squat sessions.
As a mum myself, I understand the challenges women can face when returning to exercise postpartum. I recognise both the physical and mental demands that pregnancy and childbirth can have, while also understanding the desire many women have to regain confidence, strength, and fitness.
My approach is centred around supporting women safely through each stage of their postpartum journey. I help members scale and modify movements appropriately while rebuilding core strength and pelvic floor function in a structured and supportive way. As confidence and strength grow, I help them progress towards more advanced training and eventually transition into our full CrossFit programme.
Qualifications
● CrossFit Level 1
● CrossFit Training: Pregnant & Postpartum Athletes
● PT Level 3 & Nutrition (currently in progress)
Experience
I began coaching in early 2026, but I’ve spent years developing a strong understanding of the CrossFit methodology and functional fitness. I also studied Physical Education at A-Level, which further strengthened my interest in training and performance.
Over the years, I’ve been coached in CrossFit, bodybuilding, and nutrition by a variety of experienced coaches. Those experiences have helped shape my own coaching style and philosophy today.
My Favourites
●Workout: Diane (21-15-9 deadlifts and handstand push-ups)
●Movement: Wall walks & handstand walking
First WOD: I honestly can’t remember the workout itself — I just remember thinking, “Wow, I’m unfit,” while instantly falling in love with CrossFit. I never looked back.
●Favourite Meal: I don’t believe in “cheat meals” — it’s all about balance and moderation. But fajitas or nachos would definitely be high on the list.
●Training Music: Anything from rock for heavy lifting to old-school R&B.
My Approach to Coaching
My goal is to support you wherever you’re currently at in your fitness journey. I’ll challenge you more than you’d probably push yourself, but never beyond what feels productive and enjoyable.
I’m passionate about helping members scale workouts appropriately so they can achieve the intended stimulus while continuing to progress safely and confidently. I also believe that good coaching is personal — I aim to give every member individual coaching points during class, while also recognising achievements and celebrating progress along the way●
